Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant synthetic resin emulsion which is excellent in storage stability and is suitable for producing a flame-retardant synthetic resin having excellent water resistance and flame retardancy.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant synthetic resin emulsion contains 100 pts.mass of a synthetic resin, 20-800 pts.mass of a salt comprising a compound having a piperazine skeleton and a compound containing phosphorus and zinc, and 50-2,000 pts.mass of water. The compound containing phosphorus and zinc is at least one selected from the group consisting of zinc phosphate, zinc hydrogenphosphate, and zinc bis(dihydrogenphosphate).SELECTED DRAWING: None
