Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correctly control the atomization temperature of a sample atomized by a heated tube.
CONSTITUTION: Photosensors d1 to d4 are provided at the position seeing the inner surface of a heated tube 13, and based on the signals from the photosensors, the heating is controlled so that the temperature of the heated tube 13 becomes a specified value. As the temperature at the position of the heated sample is detected, the atomization temperature of the sample is exactly measured. And the temperature is exactly measured without being affected by external light.
