Title:
FLANGE FITTING STRUCTURE FOR PHOTORECEPTOR DRUM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP11024503
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To satisfactorily maintain an image forming state by surely fitting a flange to a photoreceptor drum and preventing the idle rotation of the photoreceptor drum with reference to the flange.

Hole parts 21 are formed at two positions of the photoreceptor drum 1, and extending parts with projections 22 are formed at two positions on the side face of the flange 11. The projections 22 are formed so that the width in the circumferential direction of the photoreceptor drum 1 may be nearly the same as that of the hole part 21. In the case of bringing the flange 11 closer to one end part of the photoreceptor drum 1, the projections 22 are inserted into the photoreceptor drum 1 together with the extending parts 23, then, the projections 22 come into contact with the inner circumferential face of the photoreceptor drum 1, the extending parts 23 are elastically deformed so that two projections 22 may come closer to each other, and then, two projections 22 are energized so that they may be separated by the elastic force generated at the extending parts 22 by the deformation. When the projections 22 come to face the hole parts 21, the projections 22 are prevented from coming into contact with the inner circumferential face of the photoreceptor drum 1, then, the projections 22 are fitted into the hole parts 21 by the elastic force of the extending parts 23.
