PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hollow member, such as a paper tube, and a flange mounted at its end easily separable after the user of a rolled photosensitive material, etc., ends.
SOLUTION: The flange 20 has a disk 1 which is attachably and detachably mounted at the end of the hollow member 21 and has a concentric hole 2 at its center and two deflection pieces 6 which extend along the central axis from the hole 2 and extend symmetrically with the central axis like a cantilever from a hollow cylindrical insertion member 3 and along the central axis. The flange has mechanism 8, 10 which expand the front ends of the deflection pieces from each other or release the expansion between the two deflection pieces 6. The projections disposed on the outer side at the front ends of the respective deflection pieces 6 are engaged with the inside surface at the end of the hollow member 21 in the state of expanding the front ends of the deflection pieces 6 from each other, by which the flange 20 is mounted at the end of the hollow member 21. The flange 20 is made removable from the end of the hollow member 21 in the state of releasing the expansion between the front ends of the deflection pieces 6.
