Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe of large diameter, inside a flanged pipe by providing another flange lid, through which the inflow pipe and the outflow pipe on the outside of a water storage tank can be connected to extension end sides of branch pipes connected to a pair of openings in the flange lid so as to be extended outward while spreading a distance between them.
SOLUTION: A first flange lid 15 is arranged and temporarily fixed to a flanged pipe 13 in a water storage tank, and an inflow pipe 6 and an outflow pipe 7 on a water storage tank inside are inserted into openings of the flange lid 15. Then, a base part flange 18 of a second flange lid 23 is overlapped on flanges 6A, 7A in the inflow pipe 6 and the outflow pipe 7, and a bolt is inserted into the flange lids 15, 23, and the flanged pipe 13 so as to fix them. In this process, the flanges 6A, 7A in the inflow pipe 6 and the outflow pipe 7 are put between the first and second flange lids 15, 23, while clearances between the flanges 6A, 7A and the flange lids 15, 23 are sealed by means of sealing members such as O-rings. Subsequently, the inflow pipe 7 and the outflow pipe 8 are connected to divided branch pipes 19, 20.
