Abstract:
To provide a flange shape measuring instrument by which the measuring is easily accomplished.SOLUTION: A rail fixture 2 of a flange shape measuring instrument 1 is attachably and detachably fixed to a rail R. A slide bar 3 extends from a rail fixture 2 to the outside of the rail in the crosstie direction. A support body 4 can move along the slide bar 3 in the crosstie direction. A pointer support rod 5 is supported by the support body 4 and extends in the crosstie direction. A pointer 6 is arranged on an end of the pointer support rod 5 in the track center side and touches a wheel W. A drawing pen 7 is arranged on an end of the pointer support rod 5 in the outer side of the rail. A drawing plate 8 is fixed to the slide bar 3 and receives the writing pressure of the drawing pen 7. The pointer support rod 5 is supported by the support body 4 to move directly in the orthogonal direction to the center axis of the wheel W and is energized in the center axis direction of the wheel W. Thus, such a configuration that only a part of the pointer support rod 5 and the pointer 6 are arranged between the wheel W and the rail R is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
