In this flange structure of the sealed container in which flange members 21, 22 for joining a container main body 1 with the lid 2 for sealing are welded and fixed to the container main body 1 of the sealed container and outer shell members 3, 6 of the lid 2, end face channels 30, 31 are provided in the vicinity of a welded section of the flange members 21, 22. Inner diameter of the flange members 21, 22 is smaller than inner diameter of the container main body 1 and the outer shell members 3, 6 of the lid 2 to form inward protruding fringes 28, 29 protruding on inner sides of the outer shell members 3, 6. An O-ring 24 is provided at the inward protruding fringes 28, 29.
