Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of camming accuracy of the side of a flange in fixing a wheel to the flange of a wheel bearing device by a bolt.
SOLUTION: In a flange and wheel fastening structure of an axle support part, a bolt hole 5 of the flange 4 is formed as a stepped hole so that the wheel fitting surface 4a side is a large diameter hole 5a and the opposite side to the wheel fitting surface is a small diameter hole 5b. The bolt head part 11 is a stepped head part formed by a small diameter part 11b engaged with the small diameter hole 5b of the bolt hole 5 and the large diameter part 11a engaged with the large diameter hole 5a. The large diameter hole 5a and the large diameter part 11a of the stepped head part, and the small diameter hole 5b and the small diameter part 11b of the stepped head part are respectively clearance-fitted, and the end part 11e of the small diameter part 11b of the bolt head part 11 is projected from the bolt hole 5 of the flange 4, and the bolt 6 is fixed in the bolt hole 5 by caulking the projecting end part 11a of the small diameter part 11b of the bolt head part 11 to the opposite face 4b to the wheel fitting surface.
