Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap gate that can be automatically opened/closed in a non-powered manner even when installed in a channel with no laying step and that can be completely closed even in the presence of a deposit by securing a watertight state.SOLUTION: A flap gate 1A opens/closes a door body 4 with respect to an opening 91 of a structure 9 of a sluice and the like. A lower end of a swing arm 3 swinging on a rotary shaft 2 provided above the opening 91 has a hinge 6 for a door body, which swingably supports the door body 4. When the opening 91 is closed with the door body 4, the swing arm 3 is supported in the inclined state of being capable of abutting on the opening 91 from the lower end thereof.
