In a part of a region in the plane direction of the top board 2 that performs flat operation, there are installed battery storage sections 6a, 6b for storing planar batteries 5 in parallel with the top board surface 21, by using at least part of the thickness of the top board 2, below the top board surface 21. Further, these battery storage sections 6a, 6b are made to be closed with a back board 62 which is a lid member, and to be opened to a part other than the top board surface 21. Consequently, without impairing strength of the top board 2, the batteries 5 can be incorporated without taking a lot of space by utilizing the thickness of the top board 2.
