PURPOSE: To determine a diaphragm value in accordance with a bounce position of a light emitting part by controlling a light emitting trigger circuit by detecting a turning of the body of the light emitting part, and executing a pre-light emission again in case when the light emitting part has turned.
CONSTITUTION: A brush 7 of a bounce head part 3 and comb-teeth 6A2, 6A3 contact, a switch becomes on, and a diaphragm value for flash is determined by a light emission of a pre-light emitting part. When the head part 3 turns by a prescribed quantity after the pre-light emission, the brush 7 and the comb-teeth 6A2, 6A3 become a non-contact state, the switch becomes off, and it is detected that the head part has turned. When the head part 3 is further turned to a click position of the lower part by 10° from the horizontal position, the brush 7 and the comb-teeth 6A2, 6A3 contact again, the switch is turned on, the prelight emission is executed again through a trigger circuit, and a diaphragm value corresponding to a bounce position is determined automatically.
