Title:
FLASH EMITTER WITH DOUBLE LAMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56128928
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a shade-free picture with proper exposure by controlling the 1st flash bulb and the 2nd flash bulb, which emits bounce light, with the output of a couple of photometric circuit when their quantities of photodetection reach a freely settable level and the best photographic level.

CONSTITUTION: The moment the synchronizing switch is closed in response to shutter release, flash bulb 25 of the 1st light emitting part 18 emits light through the 1st trigger capacitor 22. Then, reflected light from an object is photodetected by photometric circuit and when the integral value of capacitor 8 reaches the quantity of photodetection freely set through variable resistance 13, and 1st comparator 12 generates a comparison output. Consequently, thyristor 15 and the 2nd trigger capacitor 31 are controlled and the moment the light emission of discharge bulb 25 stops, bounce light emitting flash bulb 33 of the 2nd light emitting part 19 starts emitting light. When the successive addition photometric value of the same photometric circuit reaches an adequate exposure value, the light emission is stopped entirely through thyristor 16. Thus, photography meeting photographic requirements is carried out by direct light and bouncing light in desired proportional with proper exposure and direct exposure.
