To provide a flickering device for an automobile wheel capable of using its electromotive force as a power source without using an additional external power supply.
This flickering device comprises light emitting diodes controlled by a power source using electromotive force between magnetic force and a coil caused by rotation of rotating body. After a hub cap mounted to the automobile wheel is separated, the flickering device is mounted in a screwing method. At the time of rotation of the automobile wheel, the light emitting diodes are diversely controlled by a sensor, a CDS element, a circuit control part and a weight. Due to this, a main body receiving the rotating force of the rotating body can flicker the light emitting diodes by the weight without rotation. As a power supply for flickering the light emitting diodes, the electromotive force generated by rotation of the coil and a permanent magnet inserted into the main body at the time of rotation of the rotating body can be used.
