The reflecting member 5A forms a mirror surface 50 with mirror surface treatment applied to a light metal plate, and the reflecting member 5B forms an enameled surface 51 on the inner surface opposite to the mantle 7 with enamel-working applied to a steel plate basis material having high heat resistance.
