Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable manufactured at a low cost and with a high manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: The flat cable 1 includes: a cable main body 11 having a plurality of rectangular conductors 12 arranged in parallel and a first insulation film and a second insulation film 13a, 13b laminated to sandwich the rectangular conductors 12 from both sides; and a connection member 21 having, on a substrate 22, a plurality of conductors to be electrically connected to each of the rectangular conductors 12 exposed from the second insulation film 13b in end sections of the cable main body 11, in which spaces between conductive parts are different on the cable main body 11 side and the opposite side thereof. The conductive parts of the connection member 21 are round wire conductors 23, the connection member 21 is configured by bonding the round wire conductors 23 to the substrate 22, and the rectangular conductors 12 of the cable main body 11 and the round wire conductors 23 of the connection member 21 are bonded by solder 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
