To provide a flat heating element of which, an electrode part made of conductive material and a heat generation part made of resistor material do not exfoliate from a base material, capable of securing a uniform coating thickness of an electrode part and a heat radiation part while keeping flexibility and stretchability.
By forming electrode parts 3a, 3b made of conductive material, an impregnation layer 1 into which, a heat generation part 4 made of resistor material is impregnated, and a non-impregnation layer 2 into which, the heat generation part is not impregnated, to a base material 5 having flexibility and stretchability, the conductive material and the resistor material impregnate only into an impregnation layer 1. By the above, the degree of impregnation becomes constant and coating thickness becomes uniform. Further, as an anchor effect is generated between the electrode parts 3a, 3b and the heat generation part 4, the exfoliation is not generated. Further, the flat heating element keeps flexibility and stretchability depending on that of the non-impregnation later 2.
