Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stack a series of stacked-form flat plates to be continuously fed by a conveyor in a high speed and accurate manner.
SOLUTION: This stacking device is comprised of a first conveyor 5, adjusting both symmetrical sides of stacked flat plates 1 of corrugated cardboard or the like being conveyed in a state that they are stacked at each plural sheets, and mutual spaces in the conveying direction are closely packed up and delivering them separately one by one, a second conveyor 8 conveying the stacked flat plates 1 being delivered out of the first conveyor 5 up to a stacking position, a lifting gear 11 lifting up the stacked-form flat plates having arrived at the top of the second conveyor 8, up to the stacking position just the above the plates 1 each time holding the underside, and a stand-by unit holding the underside of the flat plate 1 being lifted up by the lifting gear 11 while adjusting their all directions and making them be on standby, after operating together in linkage with this lifting gear 11, respectively.
