PURPOSE: To obtain a flat plate type solar heat collecter of low cost and high efficiency by combining a flat plate type heat pipe with a cylindrical heat pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A flat plate heat pipe 1 is formed into a light receiving face to receive solar heat 5. Thermal energy is transported by a cylindrical heat pipe 2 and thermal energy is radiated from a radiating collar 4. A copper material having an effective transmissibility is used as a flat plate type heat pipe container and a very thin sheet is used to form it in order to improve thermal response quality. The section of the cylindrical heat pipe 2 is formed into a true circle at the radiation part and it is formed into a long ellipse or rectangular section at the coupling part with the flat plate type heat pipe 1 in order to widen a heat absorption face.
