Title:
FLAT ROLLED MAGNETIC STEEL SHEET FOR LAMINATED-GLUED CORE HAVING STABLE ADHESIVE STRENGTH AND SUPERIOR CORROSION RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3527413
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a stable adhesive strength and superior corrosion resistance to a flat rolled magnetic steel sheet for laminated-glued core by adjusting the moisture content of an insulating coating film formed on the surface of the steel sheet to a specific range.
SOLUTION: An insulating coating film which exhibits a sticking function is formed on the surface of the flat rolled magnetic steel sheet, such as the grain oriented magnetic steel sheet, nonoriented magnetic steel sheet, etc. The coating solution used for the formation of the coating film includes a phenol resin, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, mathacrylic resin, etc. In addition, the moisture content of the coating film when formed is adjusted between about 0.2 wt.% and about 5.0 wt.%. At the time of applying the coating solution to the magnetic steel sheet, a normally rotating roll coater, spraying method, etc., is used and the applying amount of the solution to one surface is adjusted between about 1 g/m2 and about 20 g/m2. Therefore, a stable adhesive strength and superior corrosion resistance can be imparted to the steel sheet and, in addition, the lowering of yield can be prevented when a core is manufactured from the steel sheet.
