Related to a flat laminating reactor of a structure wherein a spiral flat coil 3 is sandwiched between an insulating material 2 and magnetic material films 1 and 4, a single-axis magnetic anisotropy is applied in diagonal direction of the magnetic material films 1 and 4 for almost square shape and reduced size, so that high-frequency characteristics and DC convolution characteristics of inductance is improved. Thus, a reactor of excellent high-frequency characteristics and DC superimposition characteristics is provided while element's area is kept small, and high inductance is maintained over the entire operation current region. With a smaller size, it is appropriately applied to a monolithic power source.
