Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of a steel code caused by decay of protein, and reduce the period of time of solidification by specifying a content of nitrogen of deproteinized rubber latex consisting of removing protein contained in rubber particles in raw rubber from a natural rubber latex and a content of ammonium.
SOLUTION: The flat tire sealing agent is of the type where a deproteinized rubber latex having a content of nitrogen of 0.1wt.% or less contained relative to rubber solidification is used in a low ammonium condition of a content of ammonium of 0.5wt.% or less. A stabilizer agent for keeping liquid stability, an adhesion giving agent for increasing the adhesiveness of a latex surface and raising the adhesiveness with the surface of a tire inner recess surface, and a freeze-proofing agent are further added relative to the deprotainized rubber latex. Herein, the deprotainized rubber latex is such that a gel consisting of protein and other impurities contained in rubber particles in raw rubber are removed, and a content of nitrogen is reduced to a level of 0.1wt.% or less with respect to the rubber solidification.
