Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat tube wherein leakage hardly occurs by securing pressure resistant strength, its roll-forming method, and a device in the flat tube provided with a reinforced part having a folded-back projected part in the center.
SOLUTION: A horizontally folding part 64 in a rectangular shape, which is formed approximately perpendicularly continuously from a vertically folding part 63 and is provided approximately parallel with a second flat plate part 67, is formed. By this, the pressure resistant strength can be secured even if the thermal deformation occurs by joining at two places, that is, between the folded-back projected part 62 and the vertically folding part 63 and between the horizontally folding part 64 and the second flat plate part 67 even if a sufficient fillet F is not formed. As a result, the flat tube 60, wherein the leakage hardly occurs, can be formed.
