To enable disconnection notice monitor while minimizing influence on twisting by arranging the same number of left stranded wires and right stranded wires in a sheath.
For a flat type sheath 5, four insulation wire core units 1, 2, 3, and 4 are arranged in parallel on one flat plane and distributed to the left and right from the center of the sheath 5, and two left and right stranded wires are arranged each other. A first insulation wire core unit 1 mainly arranged a wire rod 13 in which an insulator 12 is applied to a conductor 11, and six insulation wire rods 16 in which an insulator 15 is applied to a conductor 14 is arranged around there and is stranded without stranding-back. Second, third, and fourth insulation wire rod units 2, 3, and 4 are stranded by a similar arrangement. The conductor arrangements of conductors 11, 21, 31, and 41 of center wire rods 13, 23, 33, and 43 of the insulation wire core units 1, 2, 3, and 4 are differentiated with every unit, and each of the center wire rods 13, 23, 33, and 43 is employed as a disconnection notice monitor wire core. Variation of the conductor arrangements is varied depending upon a material of the conductor element wire.
