Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure stable rotation preventing cocking through slight deviation in the inner diameter of each circular magnetic pole with S and N in the direction opposite to the rotation in poles magnetized alternately. CONSTITUTION:A top magnetic blade 10 of a stator 1 is formed with broad magnetic pole pieces 11a to 11h and narrow magnetic pole pieces 12a to 12h alternately arranged, while a rotor 8 having a flat permanent magnet body 9 is arranged with body facing the blade 10. A magnetic pole 13A with the number of pole corresponding to the magnetic pole blade 10 is magnetized in a ring on the permanent magnet body 9 with the inner diameter 13A of the respetive magnetic poles slightly deviated in the direction opposite to the rotation of the rotor 8. Therefore, the inner diameter 13A works as a magnetic brake accompanying torque generating section of the magnetic pole 13A thereby checking cocking and assuring a stable rotation without hunting.
