Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for flat valve and a control system for flat valve that prolong the lifetime of a flat valve for controlling the liquid level in a device by adjusting transportation of a fluid by suppressing wear, damage, etc., caused by the fluid.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a control method for flat valve for adjusting transportation of a high-temperature, high-pressure fluid, and the flat valve 13 comprises: a valve body 31, a plug 32 capable of sliding up and down, and a sheet 33 forming a flow passage for fluid. The method comprises: adjusting the flow rate of the fluid by opening and closing an opening part 33p of the flow passage formed by the sheet 33 through upward/downward sliding of the plug 32; and decreasing a speed of increase in opening of the opening part 33p in the beginning of an opening operation performed by separating the plug 32 from the opening part 33p of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
