Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating motor improved to enhance the reliability.
SOLUTION: The flat vibrating motor comprises a stator 10 provided with a lower substrate 12 and a magnet 13, a shaft 14, a case 16, a winding coil 24, an insulator 25 provided integrally and internally with a weight object 23 being disposed eccentrically in the vicinity thereof, a rotor 20 being assembled rotatably between the stator 10 and the case 16 while comprising an upper substrate 21 being placed on the lower surface of the insulator 25, a plurality of brushes 30 being coupled electrically with a terminal part 19 while securing one end to the stator 10, a plurality of annular slip rings 40 arranged on the lower surface of the upper substrate concentrically with the shaft 14 and touching the other end of the brushes, and an integrated circuit chip 50 for changing the direction of a current flowing through the winding coil 24 by alternating the polarity of power supply being induced in the slip ring 40 through the brush 30 and supplied to the winding coil 24.
