Abstract:
To easily prevent loosening by using a flat washer.SOLUTION: A pin hole is formed at a surface of a flat washer 1, the pin hole and a groove are formed into groove forms at a rear surface, and a pin 4 is inserted into the pin hole. A flat washer 2 has a form which is obtained by inverting the flat washer 1. In a flat washer 3, a retention pin 4 is set into the pin hole of the flat washer 1, also set as a form in Fig. 1 at use, and a glue sheet or an adhesive is applied on 13. By merely fastening a nut, the retention pin 4 of the flat washer 1 is fixed to the nut 11, the retention pin 4 of the flat washer 2 is fixed to a skeleton member 14, and the retention pin 4 of the flat washer 3 is fixed to a bolt 12 and a skeleton member 15, thus causing the bite-in and fixation of a tip of the retention pin 4. When the nut is fastened, the nut becomes slidable at a portion of 13, and the nut 11 can be thereby fastened without any trouble. Since the bolt 12 and the nut 11 are fixed to the skeleton members via the flat washers, and cannot rotate, the bolt and the nut serve as loosening prevention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
