Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the oiliness unique to an oil, by adding stevioside to the oil.

CONSTITUTION: 0.05W0.5wt% Stevioside is added to an edible oil, e.g. rice oil, corn oil, wheat germ oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, cotton seed oil, rapeseed oil, beef fat or lard. The resultant mixture may be formed into a capsule or pulverized.
