PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting each flavor of fresh cream and sweet butter produced by using two or more kinds of raw milks, or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for predicting each flavor of fresh cream and sweet butter produced by using mixed raw milk formed by mixing two or more kinds of raw milks. In the method, each flavor of fresh cream and sweet butter is predicted based on a weighted average value of bvalues in the Labcolor system of the two or more kinds of raw milks usable for the mixed raw milk.SELECTED DRAWING: None
