To provide a flavored vinegar food solving the problems that, conventionally, such a food is difficult to handle as it is and its mellow flavor contributes to hesitating its drinking instead, and to provide a method for producing the flavored vinegar food.

The flavored vinegar food is obtained by incorporating a flavor vinegar with 50-200%(W/W) of a dextrin on a flavored vinegar solid basis. This food, because of being rich in amino acids, carbohydrates, minerals, and the like, is an excellent health-promoting vinegar food, also facilitating eating owing to its powdered form, being storable stably and facilitating its addition to other food materials, or the like.
