This flexible buoy comprises a main buoy, and an auxiliary buoy contained in the main buoy. An air supply and exhaust port for the main buoy, and an air supply and exhaust port for the auxiliary buoy are provided to a mouthpiece of the main buoy, and the air supply and exhaust port for the auxiliary buoy is communicated with the auxiliary buoy by a communication pipe. The flexible buoy comprises a main buoy, and an auxiliary buoy contained in the main buoy. An air supply and exhaust port for the main buoy, and an air supply and exhaust port for the auxiliary buoy are provided to a membrane material constituting the main buoy, and the air supply and exhaust port for the auxiliary buoy is communicated with the auxiliary buoy by a communication pipe. A gas filling pressure in the main buoy and a gas filling pressure in the auxiliary buoy can be independently set.
