A flexible container: has a body part, a shoulder part, and a mouth part which is thinner than the body part; pushes out its content from an opening at the tip of the mouth part; is provided, in an upper part of the shoulder part, with a sloped part expanding downward; has, below the sloped part, a male screw part in which a male screw is provided; and is provided, below the male screw part, with a ring-like foot groove along a circumferential direction. In addition, a container with a cap is constituted of this flexible container and a cap.
