The flexible can 1 comprises a cylindrical container body 1 having a circular cross-section, a bottom 2 which closes a lower end opening of the container body 1, and a reinforcing band 3 which is fastened circularly to outer peripheral face of the upper end of the container body 1. Both container body 1 and reinforcing band 3 are formed of film materials, and have flexibility and elasticity allowing circumferential contraction/expansion.
