The bottom part 5 has a short cylinder part 5a and a bottom plate part 5b which closes the lower end opening part of the short cylinder part 51a and is constituted with a laminated film having a metal layer as an intermediate layer. The short cylinder part 5a is welded and fixed to the lower end part of an outer circumferential surface of the body part 2.
