Abstract:
To provide a flexible cutting-off blade for cutting off tire cord textiles.
In order to improve durability and a life of the cutting-off blade by reducing dynamic force or stress applied to the cutting-off blade, a cantilever shape portion is formed by forming a relatively deep slot arranged near and apart from a cutting edge. When the cantilever shape portion has come into contact with a mating cutting-off blade, its local flexural deformation is caused in response to the force applied to that portion.
