Abstract:
To provide a flexible display in which a plastic substrate is protected, a thermal treatment process for forming a polysilicon layer can be sufficiently performed, and a polysilicon layer having a good surface and excellent properties can be formed due to reflection or absorption of a laser light by the protective layer and consequently, the performance and durability of the flexible display are greatly improved, and its manufacturing method.
The flexible display including the plastic substrate and the protective layer formed on the plastic substrate and its manufacturing method are provided.
