Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain vibration generated in a flexible plate by decreasing resonance magnification by separating flywheel mass from a compression plate when a flexible plate partly elastically deforms.
SOLUTION: This flywheel is equipped with an elastically transformable flexible plate 1, an elastically deformable compression plate 2 which is smaller than the flexible plate 1 and has central member 2A and an edge member 2B formed so as to bend from the outer edge of the central member 2A and extend outward, and a ring shaped flywheel mass 3 having a prescribed moment of inertia. The flexible plate 1 is fixed to the flywheel mass 3 at its outer edge, the compression plate 2 tightly comes into contact with the flexible plate 1 at its central member 2A and separatively touches the flywheel mass 3 at its edge member 2B, and edge member 2B partly separates from the flywheel mass 3 when the flexible plate 1 deforms elastically.
