The blade 6 formed by knitting a plurality of linear members 18 is fitted around the hose body 4, and a bending part 20 is formed in the blade 6 by bending the end part in the pipe axis direction of the blade 6 inside in the radial direction, and the fixing metal fitting 8 is fitted around the blade 6 in a part for covering the end part in the pipe axis direction of the hose body 4. The flexible hose 2 is manufactured by fixing the blade 6 to the hose body 4 and the fixing metal fitting 8 in the bending part 20 by welding or brazing.
