PURPOSE: To easily take out the end section of an earth cable by forming a cavity on the center section of a reinforcement material along the lengthwise direction thereof, providing a slit reaching from, the cavity to the external surface of the material and, then, burying the earth cable in the cavity.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible hose 1 is formed out of a thin-walled hose main body 2 of soft vinyl chloride, a reinforcement material 3 of hard vinyl chloride having approximately semi-circular cross section, and an earth cable 6 buried in the cavity of the material 3. The material 3 is spirally wound around the external surface of the main body 2 at a constant pitch and fused, thereby forming the cavity 4 approximately at the center section of the material 3 along the lengthwise direction thereof. Also, a slit 5 is formed so as to reach the external surface of the material 3, and simply kept close or fused thereto. For taking out the earth cable 6 from the material 3, the end thereof led out from the end of the hose 1 is held with cutting pliers and forcibly drawn out from the slit 5 over desired length. In this case, even when the slit 5 is fused, the earth cable 6 can be drawn out without much trouble, and the need of tearing the material 3 can be eliminated.
