Restriction members 150 restricting movement of the external gear 120 in an axial direction O are disposed between a fixed wall 136 disposed on a side in the axial direction O of the external gear 120 and an output device 138, and the external gear 120, so that a friction coefficient μ1 between the restriction members 150, and the fixed wall 136 and the output device 138 is smaller than a friction coefficient μ0 between end faces 120AC, 120BC of the external gear 120, and the fixed wall 136 and the output device 138.
