PURPOSE: To shorten the time for assembly by forming a single member, connecting a flexible device thereto and separating the single member into options which are spaced from one another to form a first member, an intermediate member and a second member.

CONSTITUTION: Four grooves 25, 26 cut in sets are formed at the respective ends of rims 16, 18 and a flexible leaf-shaped body 28 is brazed thereto. Then, a machined portion 10 is divided into divided pieces. Two cutoffs 32, 34 in a sectionally cap shape are formed and the cutoff 32 serves to form a portion forming a rotor mounted plate 36. The other cutoff 34 serves to divide a gimbal 38 from a shaft portion 12. Once the manufacture of a support is completed, the assembled parts 40 of a rotor are secured to the plate 36. The assembled parts 40 consisting of an inner collar 42 located corresponding to a lip shaped portion 20 and an engagement face 22 are fixed to the plate 36 with electronic beam welding. The assembled parts 40 are provided with a rotor portion 44 and a locking coil 46.
