Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible permanent magnet manufacturing method that contributes to improvement of sensor sensitivity, a flexible permanent magnet, a deformation detection sensor and a deformation detection method using the same.SOLUTION: A flexible permanent magnet manufacturing method includes a step of forming a sheet-like matrix layer 3 containing a magnetic filler 2 in a dispersed state and having the magnetic filler 2 unevenly distributed in the thickness direction and a step of arranging a yoke 7 having a width dimension smaller than the width dimension of the matrix layer and not less than 0.5 times the width dimension of the matrix layer so as to face a high concentration region 32 that is located on one side in the thickness direction of the matrix layer 3 and in which the magnetic filler 2 is relatively large and applying a magnetic field in the thickness direction to the matrix layer 3 to perform magnetization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
