To provide a flexible pipe stripper which can stably grip a flexible pipe to be machined and cut and remove its cover layer.
This flexible pipe stripper includes a main body 20, a bearing plate 21 mounted on the main body 20 and having an end curved to an angle shape, a spindle 23 which is opposite to and can move toward and away from the inside of the angle shape part of the bearing plate 21, a blade 22 attached to the spindle 23, and a spring 24 which energizes the spindle 23 to bring it close to the bearing plate 21, and cuts and removes a cover layer on a flexible pipe 31 to be machined by sandwiching the flexible pipe 31 to be machined between the bearing plate 21 and the spindle 23 and rotating the main body 20 around the flexible pipe 31 to be machined. A planar part 23c whose width is at least equal to the width of the bearing plate 21 is provided at the end of the spindle 23.
