The other lockingly projected part 18 is locked to the other locking part 20 between the mutually facing side faces 17a and 19b of one lockingly projected part 17 corresponding to the one locking part 19 and the one locking part 19 among the pair of lockingly projected parts 17 and 18 formed at the tip 13a of the neck part 13.
