To suppress the transmission of an impact load and a large load to peaks, by forming integrally by a bellows itself composing peaks and valleys, at least one of a shock absorbing part brought into contact with when the adjacent peaks are approached to each other or a shook absorbing part brought into contact with when the peaks are separated from each other.
In a flexible pipe formed by fittingly connecting plural segments 2 to each other, the segments 2 are formed by bending one bellows 3, and joint parts 4 are formed at each of one end of the segments 2, and also peaks A formed of bent walls 6 are formed to the outside of walls 5 successively formed to the joint parts 4. Valleys B are formed by the lower parts of the walls 7 formed at the other ends of the peaks A, and walls 8, 9. The assembly and connection of the segments 2 are carried out in such a way that walls 15, 16 of segments 2a are pressure-fitted from clearances L2 of the segments 2, the joint parts 4 of the segments 2 are stuck and fixed to the outer surfaces of the walls 14 of the segments 2, and shock absorbing parts are formed of opposed walls of clearances D1-D5.
