Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible surgical screw driver which surely holds a bone screw, and drives an interference screw into a bone, by a method wherein to a far end of a movable hollow shaft which is connected to a handle, a driving leading end part which is formed into a cannula is combined, and a guide wire is inserted in the driving leading end part, and is passed through the movable hollow shaft, and taken out from the handle. SOLUTION: For a surgical screw driver 10 having an angle, a far end 16 of an operation shaft 12 is combined with a driving shaft 14, and at the same time, a near end 24 on which the movable part of a handle 22 is fitted, is provided. Around the operation shaft 12, a sleeve 18 having a far end 42 on which a driving head housing 20 is fitted, and a near end 44 which is fixed in a fixing part of the handle 22, is concentrically arranged. The movable part of the handle 22 is rotated regarding the fixing part of the handle 22, the driving shaft 14 rotates. A driving leading end part 52 fixes the end of a guide wire 72 by a frictional force, and engages a screw by a frictional force. The driving leading end part 52 has an outer shape to be engaged with the driving recess of an interference bone fixing screw by a frictional force.
