To inexpensively provide a flexible sensor having both practically sufficient sensing characteristics and durability against bending and washing.
The flexible sensor is equipped with a sheet-like soft spacer 13, and first and second conductive fiber structures 11, 12 arranged and installed on both sides, respectively while pinching this spacer 13. The space 13 has insulating properties and also has through-holes 14. The conductive fiber structures 11, 12 contain a conductive polyvinyl alcohol fiber containing conductive particulates, and by mechanical deformation of the first conductive fiber structure 11 or the second conductive fiber structure 12, the first and second conductive structures 11, 12 are conducted by penetrating through the spacer 13 to be brought into contact with each other.
