Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cracks, ruptures or disconnection caused by distortion by putting a gasket for holding tight sealing from the inner surface of an outer tube, putting a pressing tool to its outside from the inner side of the outer tube and attaching this to inner tube.
SOLUTION: One end part 4 of an inner tube 3 in an axial direction is inserted into one end part 2 of an outer tube 1 in an axial direction so as to be rotated, an opening part 8 is closed by putting a button 9 to the opening part of the inner tube 3 from the inside of the outer tube 1, a gasket 5 is for holding tight sealing with the outer tube 1 is put from the outside of the button 9 to a flange 7, a pressing tool 6 is put to its outside from the inner side of the outer tube 1 and this is fixed to the inner tube 3 by a bolt 12. Thus, since a connection part between the outer and inner tubes 1 and 3 is constructed to be flexible so as to be rotated, even when ground subsidence occurs, distortion is absorbed by the flexible structure and the occurrence of cracks, ruptures or disconnection in the outer and inner tubes 1 and 3 hardly occurs and thus the leakage of water or gas hardly leaks.
