Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a production line constructing work by independently providing carrying devices between machine tools on preceding processes and machine tools on the succeeding processes.
SOLUTION: Respective carrying devices 100 are independently provided among working stations S1-S3 and conveyors 117, on the straight line connecting together the working stations S1-S3 and the conveyors 117, so as to carry the whole line. Since the carrying device 100 can be individually driven the moving distance of a work holding member can be optionally set by changing the moving distance of a slide member by a control device. Accordingly, even in a production line of different distances between the working stations, by driving it synchronizing with the individual carrying distances, an in-line type work W can be carried.
