To facilitate the assembling and provide high displacement absorbability by providing a bellows having both ends connected to first and second exhaust pipes to absorb the displacement of both the exhaust pipes, and an outer cylinder for covering the circumference of the bellow, which has a round bent part in the end part, and supporting the cylinder through a conical coil spring.
This flexible tube has a bellows 3 for absorbing the displacement of first and second exhaust pipes 1, 2. Both end parts of the bellows 3 are inserted to the exhaust pipes 1, 2 from above inner covers 8a, 8b installed to the exhaust pipes 1, 2, respectively, and fixed by insertion of support collars 6a, 6b. An outer cylinder 4 cylindrically formed and having inward round bent parts 11a, 11b formed by bending both ends in the direction orthogonal to the tube center are fitted to the circumference extending over substantially the whole length of the bellows 3. The outer cylinder 4 is elastically supported through conical coil springs 7a, 8b whose minor diameter parts 70a, 70b are engagingly fitted to the support collars 6a, 6b, and whose major diameter parts 71a, 71b are engagingly fitted to the outer cylinder 4.
